Born out of some forty large-scale engagements and several thousand schedules carried since 2009.
Since 2009, Xavier Hovasse and Mathieu Chateau have been designing and deploying project management solutions. They were among the first to offer Microsoft Project Server as SaaS, before Microsoft even launched Project Online. That activity, which gave rise to PM SIDE in 2011, has carried several thousand schedules and several million working hours.
The two partners then developed More With Project, an add-on designed to simplify Microsoft Project and improve schedule quality through a proven methodology and a virtual coach detecting anomalies.
For years, PM SIDE sought to adapt existing tools to operational realities. But their limits were not merely a matter of finish: they stemmed from an initial choice, that of equipping reporting rather than the work itself. In late 2025, we decided to start over from scratch.
Henry targets project-intensive organizations — industry, technology, energy, public sector — as well as PMOs, project management offices, portfolio managers, project managers and resource managers.
It also addresses mid-sized organizations, already equipped but disappointed, or still steering with spreadsheets. Its ambition is measured in ground regained: the projects companies gave up managing closely, because calculated workloads no longer held and trade-offs had become too costly in time.
Henry is licensed. Training and support are designed as stepping stones towards autonomy, not as an annuity.
Its development focuses first on the French market, through direct sales and a network of integrators: PM SIDE provides the software, the methodology and the reference frameworks; its partners provide deployment capacity.
Born of some forty large-scale engagements, Henry stands on one simple conviction: to obtain reliable information at the top, you must start by better equipping the work at the bottom.
