Service
Refers to all features and services offered by PM SIDE, including access to Microsoft Project Server in SaaS mode.
User
Any person accessing the site or using PM SIDE services.
Client
Natural or legal person who has subscribed to a PM SIDE subscription.
Content
All information, data, text, images, videos present on the site.
Access and use of the site implies full acceptance of these TOU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.
PM SIDE offers a Microsoft Project Server SaaS solution including:
Access to PM SIDE services requires a paid subscription. Pricing terms are defined in our commercial offers.
Each user receives personal and confidential credentials. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any use made under their account.
The user must have a stable internet connection and compatible equipment (recent web browser, Project Desktop if applicable).
The user agrees to:
All elements of the site and services (software, databases, design, content) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PM SIDE or its partners.
Subscribing grants only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the services, within the framework defined by the contract.
Project data created and managed by the Client via PM SIDE services remains the exclusive property of the Client.
PM SIDE acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and undertakes to process data in accordance with Client instructions and legal obligations. For more details, see our Privacy Policy. Privacy policy.
PM SIDE strives to maintain a high availability rate (99.9% observed). However, PM SIDE cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to services due to technical constraints or necessary maintenance.
Maintenance operations may be scheduled and result in temporary service interruption. PM SIDE strives to limit the impact of these operations and inform users in advance.
PM SIDE makes every effort to ensure the quality and security of its services. However, PM SIDE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
The user is solely responsible for their use of the services and the data they store.
In all cases, PM SIDE's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client over the last 12 months.
The Client may terminate their subscription at any time according to the terms provided in their contract.
PM SIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of serious breach of these TOU, particularly in case of fraudulent use or non-payment.
PM SIDE reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new TOU.
These TOU are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
